    All I said was what's up my n****** I didn't know this was a racist term coming from that im black and this is stated in many of my conversations with my friends and it has never been secluded as a racist term.

    This is a Family friendly server, everyone knows that. So this means any type of bad language is frowned upon and not tolerated! And especially that word you said, it has more meanings that just what you intended it to be so it is definitely not tolerated!

    Your race has nothing to do with that. The history linked to that word causes it to be very inappropriate. Just because you are a certain race doesn't mean you can go off an say that. This is a family-friendly server and what you said is considered racist and inappropriate. There is NO reason to log on a just blurt out what you said. Why not say Hello? You should've of thought before acting. It's Shoe's decision, you'll have to wait for a response by him.

    Whatever I think its stupid to be banned for that without a warning especially if this is my first encounter with any trouble and theres no need for attitude sir

    Ignorance of the rules isn't an excuse allowed here. It is every players responsibility to read the rules especially since there are multiple signs and messages saying to read them.

    And the only attitude here is yours. So since you're the one trying to get unbanned, I suggest you rethink how you speak to the staff.

    Well then I can justify your ban by saying I think it is stupid to use such an obscene term so loosely on a family friendly server. Your ignorance isn't helping, and everything the other staff had mention is true. The ban stands.
