Second /mall or marketplace

I think there should be a second /mall like mall 2 or something where the lower class merchants could sell their items maybe you wouldn't exactly buy the ploy but rent it like you pay 200 dei or something a week and the people that can't pay the amount price would get their shops removed and opened for new lower class merchants it would help many merchants that can't afford to get a shop at /mall to sell their items to other players

 

There are already a lot of shops as it is and plenty of opportunities to get one. The profit will make up for how much the initial investment was and more, and I think that anyone can get one if they try hard enough. We were lucky to get these shops in the first place, and we were waiting a long time for them. I don't think deity or anyone else has the time or effort to implement something like this after already making our current shops. Plus, I wouldn't even go to it anyways knowing that it was in a different location and run by people of the lower class merchants if I already have a bigger mall with better shops.

Even if Deity wanted to do this, it would be a tremendous amount of work to upkeep the list of people that weren't paying rent and then sell their shops to new people. I also have a feeling that some people who have the money for the more expensive shops would abuse the smaller ones and get their shop for far less than what they could be paying at the original mall. It would just be too much chaos in my opinion.

Also, if new members of the server or people low on cash wish to sell their items to other players, they still can through the /trade channel. I did it before the shops were made and I still do it. It works, it's efficient and it's absolutely free.

 

Everyone was fighting for one mall. We get a mall. Now someone wants a second one.

It is a decent idea, but there are other things that need to be done way before this.
