    You are correct, kind of. Amps is what kills you only because Voltage does not 'flow'. The amperage depends on the amount of voltage and the resistance of the conductor. It has been proven that as little as .1 Amps can stop a heart. Given the human body can have a resistance as low as 300 Ohms (under the right conditions) then 30 Volts can kill you. However, the average body resistance is in the 30,ooo Ohm range and thus it would take closer to 3000 Volts. I've been hit by 750 VDC and 25,000 VAC. Both hurt real bad, but I'm okkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk................ fine that is. :)

    Oh and Hackrin ate the pie and the cake killed him for eating it's friend.
