    exactly 10:45-11:05 wareech tried raiding our base and we played defence until allies came the we outnumbered them and we almost kill all of them untill the wareech members tped out(bannable).

    hope you guys have logs to ban them, because there was no mod on any server at that time (or teamspeak)

    Unfortunately, I do believe that nothing can be done if the staff does not see it. (Can a staff member,Please correct me if I'm wrong)

    However, in these kind of cases you'll be better off starting a conversation with one of the server staff on the forms.

    Hmmm, im not a staff member but i think that the testimony of 5 players is all the evidence that they need, if you have a screenshot then the guy is done for.

    Sadly i am in Reech and TheBufflor accidentally spawned out. it wasnt until after he realized what he did was wrong. Namkrow spawned out however after enemies were out of render range, therefore legally leaving. I was on teamspeak with them at the time.

    Well the fact is that bufflor spawned out in front of me and namkrow was said to have spawned out by another.
    We will need to resolve this some way and since it was an accident im sure we can negotiate it.
    For now i am going to sleep tah-tah

    i installed a free version of playclaw 3, i recommend it to anyone, just hit f12, and it starts recording video and audio if you want too. screenshots won't show much, a video makes for intense footage later on too, so those who are offline can see what fun they are missing. i know i have seen glitching, and a number of things, but i'm truly over the finger pointing. i am at the point where i have the resolve to build a better way of killing them off. learn how people glitch, make traps designed for their practices, laugh as they fail in their raid. some materials can beat those with see through texture packs, gravel, sand, and textured stones are a few. despite the fact that they aren't allowed, i'm sure people try anyway. protect yourself.

    Sadly, what most people, including me, never realized that there is a cooldown to teleporting, so if someone can teleport out from you, your not actually in any form of combat anymore.

    I also remember there not being the possibility to spawn away if within 32 blocks of an enemy player, if you can get 32 blocks away im fairly sure there is little combat going on and if there is, someone must be fleeing and doing a good job of it

    As a reminder levi you banned me for teleporting out of pvp and now your saying that its fair because he wanted the time to teleport so was that ban pointless?
    I would just like to confirm that to know that everything is fine with that :) thanks
    and is there anyway to get that ban removed from my record? if there is such a thing
    Also if the player was able to teleport out then there should be no problem unless he was using another unfair method either glitching and using mods

    I would like to remind you that my opinion changed very recently, due to different instructions. Different time, different thinking, so to say.
    But yes, with my recent instructions your tp would've been legal.

    Also your mcbans record are empty, it only saves bans that are still in-place, such a un-expired temp. and perm. bans.

    well this does not resolve all teleports because i believe ppl can also combat log, as well as the main server teleport has no cooldown and spawn.

    I recall Deity implementing a system, or planning to, where if you took player damage withing 5 seconds of logging off or closing the game, you get insta-killed. Don't quote me on that, though.

    That's countered by a plugin, atleast on the main server, I shall refer to as "Log and Die" , which kills you if you log less then 5 seconds after being hit.

    I wonder how they tp'd away in battle, since you cannot /home or /spawn while being close to an enemy (area 30-40 blocks).
