Looks great! :D Maybe a small sail to finish it off or something cool like that? :)

You might want to reserve a post for your second build. Anyways, here a little review on this one.

    Pirate Ship

    Design: ** (simple)
    Effort: ** (1.5 hours)
    Wealth: * (~250 dei)
    Overall: 5*

It is a pretty simple design, looks good but appears to be unfinished. The exterior of the ship is symmetric and detailed, however it would be nice if you would add some sails made of wool. Another suggestion would be to put more torches, the build will look more appealing at night. Another idea, based on Novamichael, would be make more screenshots and include one from the live-map. It's a good start, keep working on it.

    thanks for the recommendations.
One questions, not to be rude, but why should I listen to you? I'm trying to make something that will impress the mods not a random player

You don't have to listen to him. But bear in mind that he's offered constructive criticism in the spirit of helping your build be the best it can be. And if you look through this forum, you'll see that his feedback is quite a common sort of feedback (IMO!). Personally, I'm inclined to agree.

It's a nice build, but it is simple, and doesn't use a huge amount of variety of materials. These are common points fed back to would-be builders by players and staff over the last many months, both before & after map reset.

Still, doesn't mean you *have* to listen to anyone's feedback but the staff who mark them. (Which may not be until the next level of classes becomes available. Which in my mind, isn't likely to be before the mall returns after the new spawn is launched, since the mall is a key part of the currently available Merchant class...)

I agree with the others, it lacks a certain... oomph that is given by a variety of materials and a detailed interior. My advice is to add an interior- Maybe a crew's quarters, galley, captain's room, cargo hold, etc.
