  I Can Offer 35,000 Dei. I am Up for nagotiating yet this is my starting number. I Can Insure you that Rhegion Will Be In Good Hands. It would also be in the Hands of a former Assistant of Rhegion. I Would offer more then 35,000 to start, However Rhegion is very close to Buena Vista and also close To The Imdeity Spawn; in spesific areas very near Rhegion it is Protected By The Imdeity Spawn.
