    The great township of caldera is looking for new members, and to promote the town some more i have come up with a little competition. if you register to caldera before the 31st (american 31st) of january, you will have a chance at winning your own pre-built home! For free!

    The home, designed by myself and fellow calderian Youvegotmail, is and open plan, modern home, with its own garden and a spacious balcony. located only seconds from spawn. Plus, it is minimally furnished, which means there's lots of room for you to customize.

    I decided to upload a few of my own screenshots, this was certainly an interesting project for me, as I do very little modern builds, and when I do they are fairly large scale. So fitting this build within a 16x16 area was certainly a challenge, as mentioned above, this is a compact yet, open and spacious house, suitable for whatever your day to day server life my need. It features a rooftop garden, open void balcony, sunken lounges, and more!

    The texture pack used is called Ovos Rustic Redemption, I rarely play without it, and I designed the house using it, only switching back to default to make sure things don't look to out of place, if you should ever feel the need to explore some of my other builds, both on the Creative server or around Caldera, I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed!

    There's only like three hours difference. But I reckon to make it a bit fair whichever one gets to the 31st last (so the west coast guys if I'm right)
