    So yea, I will be giving my town away with the only real condition being that the build under the spawn remain untouched. I will prolly place diamond blocks there to protect it as it is not on claimed land anyway. So basically you'll get a free town instead of paying the 50k to make one.

    If no one is taking it Ill take it :) I'd make it my vacation house, also my cousins and I planned making a town, we already have all sorts of set-ups and build If I get this town Ill sure to take care of it and move all our plans in your town, with your conditions of course ;)
    I have also been a mayor for the first two maps of the server and I've handed huge towns with 100+ members already.

    I'll take it if u would like. I've had experience with mayorship. I think I am the right fit because I love remodeling. I was the mayor of Gravis but someOne stole it from me. I like building and I think I can make ur town great. I'll make a Convo with u with more details

    I'm quite sure that the game doesn't prevent you from being mayor while not being a Lord, but if a Mod or an Admin catches you being mayor on another class, it will be like a firestorm, correct me if I'm wrong

    If the offer still stands, may I ask to perhaps to consider me. I'm a fairly active member who has been part of the server for over a year now. I have had tonnes of experience within towns. 1 month in of playing on the server I was promoted to an assistant of Anvil. I have taken the job of becoming temp mayor of Anvil quite a few times before as well as becoming the mayor of Oceanside (pre-reset) where I restored it to an extremely active and rather nice looking town. Now I am King of the kingdom "Genesis" where, if given the opportunity, I will move the town into, providing financial security to the town. Thank you for reading. Pm me if you are interested.

    The rules say you have to be Lord to run a town, even if the plug-in is not really realizing now if you are or not. It will work in the near future though.

    just thought I'd say that
    Oh and I've noticed that my Class on forums says Merchant-Trader, but I'm actually a Lord and it hasn't changed for some reason
