I find it interesting how every time I make one, I start in a NPC Village filled with slimes. While it kind of makes sense that there would be slimes since the maps are at around 6-8 y, why is it that there are always slimes? I thought that they only spawned in one out of every 10 chunks? Am I just lucky, or does this always happen? Evidence: Trial 1, Trial 2 ( This is after I walked away from the town a bit, different world.) Trial 3 (Taken right after I spawned in a new world, what's that in the distance?) I noticed also that "Superflat" worlds break the rule that you always spawn on sand in Minecraft. Any input?
