Fallout 3 isn't New Vegas. New Vegas is Fallout 4.

    Fallout 3 is in DC.

Skyrim is amazing open ended story, freedom to do whatever or be whatever you want. Currently have a lvl 45 2h sword monster with heavy armor, and a lvl 30 assassin. Nothing beats the fun of cutting an oppenents head off or chasing down a dragon and slaying it lol

I definitely prefer Skyrim, due to it's sheer size, lore, gameplay and depth of content. I also prefer Swords, Magic and Bows to Guns and such. That being said, I wish Skyrim had the same level of gore as Fallout did.

On a side note: Wrong section for this thread.

I think Skyrim is better. The graphics are better and the game its more of my type. I honestly didnt like Fallout when I first tried it, but it was okay. Skyrim!

I'm not really sure you can fairly compare the two. They are two very different games. Yes, the overall style is the same, but the two worlds are very different. There are things I LOVE about Fallout that I would never expect in an ES game, and it's the same the other way around. I loved New Vegas, and I am loving Skyrim... but for different reasons on either side.

If I HAD to pick one or the other, it would probably be Skyrim, just because I am more into the fantasy setting.
