    Hey! I am not very familiar with your system, but please give me a chance. I recently signed up with MCbans, and I curiously checked my bans, and it stated I got a local ban from this server. This ban was issued in 2013 (As shown in the screenshot attached.) for advertising. As you would imagine, I would really like to be unbanned and I assure you I won't be breaking the rules anymore.

    Also, I don't much care for the permanent mark associated with my name. (Though I realize that is my fault)

    I don't know if this will help my case at all, but, the staff member who banned me was also banned.

    You are correct that it won't help your case.

    Also, ban appeals are for those that actually play/want to play on our server. They are not just so you can clean up any reputation you have on mcbans(which local bans don't affect).
